Return & Refund Policy — Shubh Rituals

At Shubh Rituals, every piece is crafted with care and precision. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.

• Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

• Exchanges can be made for the same product or product of equal value, subject to availability.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video + photos.

Non-returnable items include:
